COMPANY PROVIDES SHIP REPAIR SERVICES
Techmarine Ltd. LLC provides ship repair services to private and public industrial companies, as well as maritime building services of these organizations. Ships, yachts, barges and all marine structures construction, repair, maintenance and project design services.

We have an engineering workshop with:
vertical and radial drilling machines;
horizontally and vertically milling machines;
lathes, size P200, size P300, size P500;

horizontal boring machineOur capabilities both in the field of classical mechanical engineering and in the field of repair mechanical engineering has significantly increased. Combining the capabilities of our welding equipment particularly in, TIG and MAG welding, as well as applying repair compounds, we are able to restore worn surfaces of shafts, gear housings, gear covers, bearing housings, stop valves, as well as other details. This reduces time and makes repair prices more competitive.

On our lathes it is possible to check and repair propeller shafts up to 11 meters long.  On a boring machine with a table of 1250 * 1250 mm, it is possible to repair the hub of the CPP. The workshop is provided with the necessary cutting tools, measuring tools and quality control tools.

We also have equipment and tools for repairing propeller blades. We repair propeller shafts and rudder feathers with our welding equipment and lathes.
Vast experience in the repair of marine internal combustion engines of various types and brands as well as regulators, turbo-compressors (with dynamic balancing) and gearboxes.

The presence of milling, boring, turning, grinding and drill-proof machines and the necessary cutting tools allows us to repair auxiliary mechanisms in a short time: air compressors, pumps of various types and purposes, windlass, spires, winches, cranes and davits (Possess permission of RMRS to produce stress tests). We also have a mobile boring machine that allows repair work directly on board of the vessel.

Repair marine power plants and marine electrical equipment as part of generators, electric motors, main distribution, auxiliary distribution, emergency switchboards. Also, our area of activity is the repair of remote automated control systems for ship power plants, main and auxiliary mechanisms, alarm systems and emergency stops.
